Mountain or Molehill?

Generally the language barrier is overemphasized as an international business problem.  Certainly it is a fact to consider, but not substantially more difficult than the difference between metric and standard measuring units - it is a technical limitation but not an export barrier.

Issues of nuance are very important but are really more of a cultural issue than a language one.

This is an interesting twist on the language/cultural front.  Parents now so acutely aware of the role their offspring may play in a networked global economy that they check possible names for translational embarrassments later.
